I'd love to claim this as my photo, but it's not. It belongs to local Steve Smith who happened to be at the right place at the right time.
Labor Day weekend is the traditional time for the Southeast Washington Fair and Frontier Days which includes a carnival, a country western concert, a demolition derby, livestock showing, home crafts exhibits, and three NRA rodeo performances. All of this is held on the fair and rodeo grounds which is only a stone's throw from a busy intersection that includes this Starbucks.
Obviously this cowgirl had a hankering for a Starbucks' iced coffee or Frappacino and simply rode on through.
No questions asked.
